Hot Cocoa
Hot cocoa is a staple on those cold winter nights when you need to warm up with something sweet, steamy and cozy. I was hoping to have a do it yourself hot cocoa bar filled with crushed peppermint, marshmallows, whipped cream, liquors, etc... but after receiving the price from the catering hall I decided it was not going to be in the cards.
Sometimes I think these places are out of their minds. I mean, who charges over $10 per person for a hot cocoa bar! So I guess I lost that battle. Maybe it can just be an option during the coffee & tea service?
